Air pressure sensor to provide T410249 information to the electronic control unit, using pressure to calculate air density and flow to adjust the fuelling to manage the engine performance. By managing the fuel being injected, to prevent under or over fuelling which can create higher emissions. Failing air flow sensors can cause rough running, surging while cruising or hesitation while accelerating.
